TGIF (Thank God it's Friday)
Yes, thank you God! If not because of you, I could either be dead or dying right now. If not because of him, I could have been standing on the lousy roads of Manila. Dang it, so what the heck did happen? What is the reason of my sudden gratitude to God?
Thursday, Dec 1. My brother mentioned that my father and he would be sleeping in our Condo at Taguig, Fort Bonifacio which is in South. I have no theories why but I said I would join them just for the sake of swimming and staying out (Outside) my humble house and to awknowledge my condo's number one asset, it is near High Street, an open-envirofriendly mall that i prefer to shop and oh my gash it has a 4 floored Power Books branch.
Friday, Dec 2 is unproductive in terms of progress regarding myself but very productive in our intramural's volleyball team and class issues but I liked it because I was able to interrupt classes which one had my crush in it. My plan for that day was to leave the campus exactly during dismissal and go straight (commuting) to Fort Bonifacio (my school is in North) but I got careless and refuse to stick to the plan. What made me refuse my strict conspiracy? Well, it was also my team's training although I did not attend because of sluggishness and my own desire not to. I was occupied too, running errands for teachers. However, my main reason was due to my desire to spend time with friends.
It was 4:30pm that I started worrying on leaving but I was also dubious. I was having a lot of fun with them and I did not want to end it. So I did not but I noticed the sky turning dark gray and I knew it was not due to the setting of the sun but it was because it will rain. Few minutes, thunders roared and I panicked. (did I ever mentioned I am Astraphobic?) My friend accompanied me to the gate but then again, I was undoubtedly stubborn and refused to go. My imbecility and hydra-headedness draw me to close danger and I only recognized till the rain poured. It was 5:30 already and students started banishing, including me.
Unfortunately, it is a trite here in my country that Rain, Traffic, Lack of availability of public transportation comes as a package deal which i shall name "the triumvirate of road sickness". I can prove that just by this story! I rode 4 public vehicles but usually, it only takes 3 vehicles to reach my destination. I had to ride twice because the jeepneys to the train station is always full with passengers during "the triumvirate of road sickness".
TIME IS GOLD
but I cant budget it so a lot were wasted.
Ohwell, I reached my condo at exactly 7:50. I know that I should loathe fate for letting this happen but I guess, I'm uniquely optimistic and open-minded.
I'm thanking God for bringing me safely here despite of the distance and my stubbornness. Thank you for eluding me from the possibility of being snatched or raped or any possible crime done along peculiar streets of the South.
GOD LOVES ME!
